Ruky excels in global recruitment, both in-house and through agencies across the UK, US, and Africa, by developing and implementing technical, non-technical, and leadership recruitment campaigns that attract top-tier talent. With a multifaceted background, she has successfully delivered over 40 million USD projects in partnership with international organisations such as USAID, Manitoba Hydro, AfDB, TATA, ANED, and NAPTIN.
