She is an MBA Graduate Specialised in Finance, Business Planning Strategist and author of Book; Your Business Plan “Simple Steps to Successful Business Planning and holds a Certificate in Counselling Skills. Gladness is an author of 3 books, a serial entrepreneur running her social enterprises that empower women to achieve their full potential in life.
In 2020-2025 Gladness has worked with over 1,000 women through her coaching, speaking and courses, supporting them to discover their purpose. She uses strategies she learnt as a business consultant and life coach as well as her personal life experience of rebuilding her life after facing challenges. She overcame 9 years of domestic abuse, the death of her first child, homelessness amongst other things, she is a real life testimony of “Rising from Pain to Purpose”. Her personal development strategies are based on her Self-Help book Rise from Pain to Purpose and Rediscover Yourself: Real life Transformational Story & Blueprint of How to overcome Life’s Challenges & Rediscover yourself! Her passion is to support women to realise their true worth & value as Queens, created by God for a given Purpose.
Gladness has used her professional qualifications, knowledge and resources gained for almost 2 decades as a business coach and built a network for women to “Start, Launch and Elevate their Business” in 90 days through her exclusive programme “Queen Unleashed Membership”. In 2024-2025, she has supported up to 30 women through overcoming life challenges including domestic abusive relationships, rebuilding their lives turning their passion into profits through careers and entrepreneurship.
Gladness is an International speaker, having spoken at more than 50 TV & Radio shows and conferences around the globe, including the UK, USA and Africa. Her clients include entrepreneurs, SMEs and individuals as well partnerships with government organisations in her local authority through her social enterprise.
