With over two decades of creative industry experience, Stephen refined his craft at Central St Martins and Kent University, gaining expertise in design and filmmaking. His short film Epiphany, inspired by his upbringing in Hackney and the resilience of his Windrush-generation mother, has won global acclaim. He also studied at Mountview Theatre School and worked on TV projects like EastEnders, Judge Dredd, and Desmond’s.
Stephen has supported young people for over eight years as a Renaissance Foundation board member, speaking at schools on creativity and problem-solving. His professional journey includes collaborating with top agencies like VCCP and Ogilvy, leading campaigns for brands like Thomson Reuters and O2. At KPMG, he established and led the motion design and video production teams in the UK and India for a decade, before founding SLTV Studios.
He is the author of two books: Unlocking Your Potential: Goal Setting for Young Professionals and How I Made My Award-Winning Short Film.
