Speaker Bio

Tim Victor is the creator of the L.E.A.D. framework and a voice for a new kind of leadership, one rooted in presence, not position. After a lifetime spent searching for safety in others, he discovered the transformative power of becoming his own safe place. That shift unlocked what he now calls passive power: the ability to influence, inspire, and lead without needing a title. Tim is an experienced IT engineer and also a gifted customer service agent with over 30 years experience, holding a variety of roles within the customer service industry. Empathy, depth and altruism has been cultivated and incorporated into everything he has accomplished. Over the years, he has seen the most powerful voice in the room often come from those with no hierarchy beneath them. One of those voices was his own.

Much of Tim’s early life was shaped by a deep search for safety. As he shares in his talks, “I spent most of my life feeling unsafe. I looked for safety everywhere, but most often in people.” His childhood home was his first safe place, much like all of us, until the breakdown of his parents marriage when he was 15 years old. That experience never left him and set him on a lifelong quest to find stability and belonging. In adulthood, Tim anchored his sense of safety in love, believing he had finally found the sanctuary he’d been searching for. But when that relationship ended, another place that felt most secure crumbled beneath him. Tim endured 6 months of what he described as the deepest sadness he had ever felt. But that was a catalyst.

Tim vowed to never again lose someone to miscommunication and began a journey of self‐discovery that would redefine his understanding of safety, courage, and leadership. The turning point came when he realised that the safe place he had been searching for in others had been within him all along. He became the sanctuary. He became his own safe place. This revelation transformed his life and became the foundation of his message. When he learned to create safety within himself, he found he could create it for others. Vulnerability became strength. The courage became contagious to others, and influence became a natural bi‐product of authenticity. From this lived experience, Tim developed the L.E.A.D. framework: Longevity, Emotional Intelligence, Authenticity and Desire, a practical and deeply human approach to leading from anywhere. Each element reflects a principle he has embodied: long‐term vision, emotional mastery, showing up as your true self, and the inner motivation that fuels meaningful action. Today, Tim is building a movement of “silent leaders” individuals who cultivate psychological safety within themselves and radiate it outward, stepping into passive power, leading without ‘leading’.

His workshops and talks invite people to step into their own quiet strength, to influence through presence rather than position, and to become havens of safety in a world that desperately needs them. Tim’s voice is gentle but resonant like soft gravity that draws people in, not through force, but through authenticity, vulnerability, and the courage to be seen. His mission is this: to help others feel safe enough to lead, safe enough to speak, and safe enough to become who they were always meant to be.
