Lillian has worked with global organisations to design training experiences that focus on leadership, communication, and intrapreneurial growth. One of her standout moments was leading a women’s leadership programme at the Pan-African Mosquito Control Association’s conference in Kigali, where she helped women in Vector Control embrace their voice and power.
At the core of everything Lillian does are three values: creativity, freedom, and justice. She uses storytelling not just to inspire, but to dismantle stereotypes and offer women new ways of seeing themselves as leaders. Her goal is to help women stop performing leadership and start living it with joy, authenticity, and boldness. And she’s especially passionate about breaking down the barriers that still hold back Black and Brown women in professional spaces.
As a NeuroChange Practitioner, Lillian combines neuroscience, NLP, hypnotherapy, and her Feminine Archetype Framework to help women rewire limiting beliefs, tap into resilience, and lead from a place that feels true. Her approach is holistic, practical, and deeply grounded in lived experience.
Lillian’s talks are known for being thought-provoking and energising, blending sharp insights with humour and heart. Her keynote topics speak directly to the leadership challenges and possibilities of today’s world. Whether she’s on stage, in a boardroom, or leading a workshop, Lillian shows up with energy, clarity, and presence.
She doesn’t just talk about transformation, she creates it. As Sophie Scope puts it, “Lillian is an exceptional trainer who ignites engagement in every delegate.” Stewart Smith says she’s “one of the best speakers we’ve had, engaging, insightful, and impactful.” And Progress Oberiko sums it up: “Her ability to inspire confidence and leadership in women is unparalleled.”
For Lillian, leadership isn’t about being more, it’s about being more you. And she’s here to help women show up fully, own their story, and lead with joy and purpose.
