Andrijana Bergant is a distinguished professional in business compliance and ethics, with over 15 years of experience in implementing compliance integrity programs. Her work spans various industries and international markets, focusing on integrity leadership, strengthening ethical culture, business resilience and earning returns on integrity.

Andrijana holds a bachelor’s degree in law from the University of Ljubljana (2004) and an Executive MBA from Cotrugli Business School in Zagreb (2010). During her corporate career she has graduated from an international insurance academy talent program and the Banking School at the Slovenian Banking Association. She holds an Advanced Certificate in Business Compliance from the UK based International Compliance Association (ICA). In 2012 to 2014, she was a member of the international committee for the CCEP-I certificate at the Society of Corporate Compliance and Ethics (SCCE) based in the US.
In 2014, Andrijana founded the European Institute of Compliance and Ethics (EICE), in Ljubljana, Slovenia. She oversees business operations and services, professional program development, and directs the Bled Compliance and Ethics Conference, EICE’s flagship international event. Under her leadership, EICE has become a pivotal organization for supporting and advancing compliance and ethics professionals in her country. Andrijana also played a founding role in establishing the European Network for Compliance Officers (ENFCO) with other related European associations.
Since 2016, Andrijana has been an independent consultant, advising businesses in finance, pharmaceuticals, logistics, retail, and manufacturing. She has been working with large, regulated and international businesses. For over a decade she has been a trusted advisor to the CEO of TRICOR Slovenia, a packaging company within a global corporation.
Andrijana holds a Law degree, Executive MBA, and international business compliance certificate. She is the founder of European Institute of Compliance and Ethics and has been instrumental in establishing the European Network for Compliance Officers.
