Fertility & Motivational Speaker

Speaker Bio

Ashley is an infertility and IVF advocacy speaker who uses her lived experience to foster empathy, challenge stigma, and inspire meaningful change. Her journey to motherhood was far from straightforward. For Ashley and her husband, the dream of starting a family was met with years of uncertainty, disappointment, and heartache. What began as an expectation of a swift progression into parenthood, quickly became a complicated journey of fertility appointments, medical interventions, and the overwhelming emotional toll that comes with infertility. Eventually, IVF became their path forward. The process brought renewed hope and, in time, the arrival of their son. But the experience shaped far more than just the outcome. It transformed Ashley’s voice into one of advocacy, compassion, and truth. It is through this deeply personal story that she connects with her audience and encourages the kind of honest conversations around topics that are too often left unspoken. Ashley speaks with honesty, depth, and courage about the often hidden realities of infertility. She sheds light on the quiet grief, the social stigma, and the pressure to carry on as if nothing is wrong.

Her keynote “From Stigma to Story: Opening Conversations About IVF and Infertility” explores the emotional and social toll of fertility challenges.

Ashley speaks to the difficulties around the weight of social pressures, assumptions about family life, and the subtle but painful reminders of struggling to conceive whilst surrounded by pregnancy. She discusses moments that compounded feelings of isolation, fear, and grief and offers practical guidance so that others can advocate for themselves. She speaks on how to sensitively approach conversations, and how to offer meaningful support as Infertility doesn’t wait for life to calm down.

Ashley’s talks resonate across communities, workplaces, and support networks. She helps people understand how fertility challenges affect not just the body, but also the mind, the heart, and every aspect of daily life. She offers practical guidance for self-advocacy, and discusses moments that compounded feelings of isolation, fear, and grief while starting sensitive conversations and providing meaningful support.

What makes Ashley’s voice distinct is her balance of softness and strength. She does not minimise the pain of infertility but emphasises resilience and strength. Through keynotes, panels, and community conversations, Ashley invites audiences to listen without judgment, offer meaningful support, and respond with empathy. Infertility is not just a private struggle. It is an experience that deserves empathy, awareness, and collective understanding. Ashley’s work reminds us that no one should have to face it alone.

Roughly one in six couples worldwide face infertility. Many bear it alone. Ashley is helping to change that.
