Inspirational Leader

Speaker Bio

Samantha is an inspirational leader in digital, organisational and personal transformation. She has over 17 years experience in leading large central and local government departments and charities to design, deliver and embed their change initiatives.

She is an introvert with a stammer, who has constantly had to overcome barriers to be heard, seen and respected as the professional she is. As a result, she has developed several tips to help other professionals overcome their own hurdles to being seen and heard, having impact and being respected for who they are in the workplace, whilst being in integrity with who you are as a person.

She is a professional public speaker, a transformation consultant, coach to female project managers and she has her own change management consultancy business (Ankrah Tulloch Solutions). Her company has an impressive list of clients, including High Speed Two, Dogs Trust, Foreign and Commonwealth Office and two London local authorities to name but a few.

She has delivered numerous inspirational talks to international audiences, both virtually and in person in countries such as countries in South America, the USA, Canada, Nigeria and the UK. These talks are on various topics such as transformation, change and communication to name but a few, with each talk leaving the audience with a feeling of being inspired and pushed into avenues they may not have explored beforehand.

Samantha has also self-published her very own short fiction book on Amazon in 2017. She self-published this book so she can share her thoughts with the world because writing is another route to how she successfully finds and uses her voice in a way which is kind to both her introverted nature and her stammer. She has a lifelong passion to encourage others and push them into their discomfort zones through her talks to allow them to find their own methods to use their voices effectively and be heard.

In 2020 she set up her coaching and mentoring business named Project Mind and Behaviour which targets women in the project  and change management fields. Working with clients from Dubai, USA and the UK. Samantha’s services have also been sought after by male clients and it was this which encouraged Samantha to move into public speaking to reach a wider audience and to make a bigger impact on those who may be wanting to develop their personal or professional growth, using their skill set, to transition to a new state of awareness and being in their places of work, from senior managers to team members.
